Robin D. Stauffer Appointed President & CEO of High Foundation

Lancaster, Pa., February 18, 2026 — High Foundation is pleased to announce that, effective Jan. 1, 2026, Robin D. Stauffer was appointed President & CEO of High Foundation. Stauffer has been leading the High Foundation as Executive Director since 2005, having held a variety of leadership roles since joining High companies. Stauffer’s role has grown significantly since S. Dale High gifted his ownership of the High companies to the High Foundation.

Guided by the Board of Trustees and S. Dale High’s donor intent, Stauffer is executing a bold new vision for High Foundation through the development and implementation of its strategic plan. Key accomplishments include strengthening organizational capacity by expanding the Foundation team, advancing the Environment and Affordable Housing High Impact initiatives, and implementing the new Opportunity Grants Portfolio process.

“For more than two decades, Robin has led High Foundation with steadfast leadership, a deep commitment to the community, and compassion for everyone she interacts with. Robin taking on the role of President & CEO of High Foundation is a recognition of her professional growth and distinguished service,” said S. Dale High, Chair, High Foundation.

Stauffer graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. In addition to her industry experience, Stauffer serves on the Lancaster General Health Foundation Board and has held leadership roles with many community impact organizations, including a long-standing term on the United Way of Lancaster County Board from 2003 to 2021. She served on the Executive Committee, chaired a county-wide United Way campaign in 2008, and was an inaugural member of Women UNITED.

Stauffer was awarded the Central Penn Business Journal’s Women of Influence Award for Community Achievement and inducted into their Circle of Excellence, which recognizes women at the pinnacle of their careers and for lifetime achievement. She has also been honored by Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology with the Distinguished Service Award for her commitment to educational equality and exemplary leadership.
