High Foundation recently announced the election of two new members to its Board of Trustees.
Vanessa E. Philbert Ms. Philbert is CEO of Community Action Partnership, an organization whose mission is to advance prosperity throughout Lancaster County by activating community, mobilizing resources, and amplifying partnership to ensure everyone thrives.
She has held this position since 2019. Ms. Philbert holds an MS degree from Elizabethtown College and a BS degree from Albright College. She serves on the Boards of Community Action Association of PA, Lancaster Chamber of Commerce, Lancaster City Alliance, and Penn Medicine Lancaster General Hospital.
Janice L. Snyder, CPA Ms. Snyder is a Partner at McKonly & Asbury, LLP, and a member of the firm’s Executive Leadership Team. She has 25 years of experience as a healthcare industry and not-for-profit auditor. Ms. Snyder holds her BS in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University. She is a founding member of the Lancaster Chapter of the Women President’s Organization, as well as a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Healthcare Financial Management Association. She currently serves on the Board of Pennon, Inc. (formerly WITF) and has also held Board roles with United Way of the Capital Region and Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Pennsylvania.
